Original documents

source.documents lists known publisher document links, formats, editions, locators, and access-check notes. These are outbound links, not hosted copies. A document link does not add an independent source or a human verification. Unknown file links are omitted.

Keep the sourcing labels intact

Reported does not mean editor-reviewed. Disputed claims retain the conflicting accounts. Preserve each assertion’s assessment and source links, and cite the topic’s readable URL.

Retrieval status describes whether a source was read; it does not establish that its claim is true. The response’s policy block explains the labels and the limits on source excerpts.
